Wine Enthusiast 2024 Vintage Reviews

The first reviews from Wine Enthusiast have arrived, including a Cellar Selection designation from Wine Reviewer Matt Kettmann for our 2024 Pinot Noir Verseau. We are humbled by the recognition. The full reviews for each wine are below.

2024 Pinot Noir Verseau — 95 points *Cellar Selection*
“Extremely deep and impressive aromas of black cherry cake and cola spice lure the nose far into this bottling from a new project atop what will one day be known as the Carmel Coast appellation. The palate is hefty with rich cherry and dark spice flavors, yet awash in persistent acidity and a tense texture that will last for years. Drink now-2040.”  — Matt Kettmann, 7/1/26

2024 Chardonnay Myriade — 94 points
“The nose on this bottling seems to elevate one’s entire head, as aromas of Asian pear, honeysuckle, coconut flake and minty verbena provide an almost medicinal effect. The palate is bit more down to earth, with clean flavors of fresh coconut flesh and pear.”  — Matt Kettmann, 7/1/26

2023 Pinot Noir Cuvée Sagittaire — 94 points
“Baked strawberry and boysenberry aromas make for a bold entry to the nose of this wine, as Indian-like spices of toasted cardamom and anise contribute phenomenal depth. The palate is quite grippy, as firm tannins frame the rich black cherry, cola spice and cracked pepper flavors.”  — Matt Kettmann, 7/1/26
