The 2022 Rosé de Pinot Noir was handpicked from select blocks on the Domaine Messier property. Clusters were picked at night and pressed to only 120 gallons per ton in order to encourage light color and delicate flavors. Vinification and maturation occurred entirely in stainless steel. This wine was aged on its lees to preserve freshness and encourage complexity.
