The 2022 Domaine Messier Chardonnay is an entirely estate production hailing from steep, hillside blocks farmed and picked by hand in the early hours of the morning. This classically styled Chardonnay is gently pressed whole-cluster and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless tanks before six months of maturation in new and neutral French oak barrels.
